Our museum is located at 25 E. Washington Street, with the entrance on the Wabash Street side of the 25 East Building and the exit on Washington Street.

Ticket availability at the door is limited and not guaranteed. To guarantee entry, please purchase your tickets online. Ticket prices are the same whether they are purchased online or at the door.

Here at MOI, we operate as a cashless business. Purchases can be made using a card.

Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!

We offer refunds and rescheduling for up to three days before your ticket date. Note that rescheduling is subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please email us at info@moichicago.com with the following information: • Name and email of the ticket purchaser • Date/time of your current tickets • New date/time requested (alternatively, your request for a refund)

No. Your visit time will vary, but plan for approximately 45 to 75 minutes. The 20 minute timeslots are arrival windows. We stagger arrival times to optimize guest experience and prevent crowding.

For the most part, yes. Wheelchair users can easily enter and view most of the exhibits. We do have two immersive rooms that are not accessible due to their slanted floors. We apologize, but the nature of those rooms requires that the floors be slanted. Guests who need to bypass those rooms can easily do so.

We welcome children of all ages, including infants. If at all possible, however, we request that you leave your stroller in the coatroom due to space constraints, or that you bring along an umbrella stroller.

As per local guidance, we do not currently require face masks. MOI maintains strict COVID sanitation procedures, and we stagger guest arrival times to allow for social distancing.

Yes! We welcome groups of all sizes and discounts are available for groups of 15 people or more. We regularly host school groups, corporate events, and private facility rentals. The Museum of Illusions Chicago offers a one-of-a-kind experience that groups of all types and age ranges will enjoy!
