We went around 3pm on a Thursday, and it wasn’t super busy. Saved $5 by booking online. Lydia was great! She helped us set up photos. Not super huge, but if you’re into illusions and the science behind it, it’s fun for adults too. The other people I was with got their kids a souvenir

I took my godchildren to the museum to help distract them from the recent loss of their grandfather. It was an enjoyable way to spend a few hours as they explored and discovered new art / illusions perspectives. As we strolled through the exhibits, their laughter resonated off the walls, reminding me and them that joy can still exist even in times of sorrow.

This was such a fun experience to share with friends while visiting Chicago! We arrived around 3:30pm on a Friday and had no wait to buy tickets at the front desk. The puzzles and displays were both entertaining and highly interactive. I also appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were in explaining more complicated optical illusions and offering to take photos for visitors. It is a very family-friendly facility with puzzles and exhibits for people of all ages to enjoy. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
